Being a Roux Scholar has been of immense value to me.  The scholarship program is so well respected in our industry and to be one of only 23 people to have been awarded this accolade is a great honour.  I consider it the greatest achievement in my career so far and it has given me the recognition and the confidence to take the next step and get better and better.
