Our meats are dry aged for a minimum of 28 days in our Salt Chamber constructed from 1800 Himalayan Salt Bricks. The controlled atmosphere inside the chamber results in Beef, Lamb and Pork with a fantastic concentration of flavour that is being savoured in Hotels and Restaurants throughout the UK.
