Roux Scholars have gone on to win a host of other awards such as Michelin stars, and Scholars Andrew Fairlie and Sat Bains have both been awarded Cateys – the ultimate accolade from within our own industry.

Hrishikesh Desai, our 2009 winner, is now Head Chef at The Brasserie Lucknam Park Hotel & Spa (http://www.lucknampark.co.uk) He will train with legendary chef Thomas Keller at The French Laundry, Yountville, California.
