THE ROUX SCHOLARSHIP 2010
The winner receives an invitation to cook and train under the supervision of a leading chef at a prestigious 3-star Michelin restaurant in Europe for up to three months*. This is courtesy of the Savoy Educational Trust. Accommodation expenses will be fully paid by the Trust, in addition to an allowance of £75 per week for the duration of the training. In addition the winner receives a cheque for £5,000.
