THE ROUX SCHOLAR 2008
The winner receives an invitation to cook and train under the supervision of a leading chef at a prestigious 3-star Michelin restaurant in Europe for up to three months*. Air travel will be courtesy of British Airways and accommodation expenses will be fully paid, in addition to an allowance of £75 per week for the duration of the training PLUS a cheque for £5,000 to be used to further their education, courtesy of the Savoy Educational Trust.
