The Savoy Educational Trust is an independent, grant giving charitable trust, whose main aim is to advance and develop education, training and qualifications within the hospitality industry. The Trust can do this in various ways, one of which is by supporting leading industry competitions, such as the Roux Scholarship, thereby recognising and rewarding the achievement of specific culinary skills.
