The Ultimate Chef’s Table
As part of our 40th anniversary celebrations, Alain invited eight Roux Scholars to take part in a series of very special events at the Alain Roux Culinary School this autumn: the Roux Scholars Culinary Masterclasses. For each event, just six guests are invited to spend the day observing the Scholars and Chef Alain as they create their special menu. Then the guests and chefs will dine together in the Michel Roux Library, with wines matched by the restaurant’s sommeliers starting with, of course, a glass of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé.
