Harrison Brockington has won The Roux Scholarship 2026. The chef-patron from Gather in Totnes, Devon, beat five other finalists in a testing competition held at the Alain Roux Culinary School at The Waterside Inn on Monday 13th April 2026.

The regional finals took place at University College Birmingham and University of West London on 5th March when the 18 regional finalists also cooked their recipes for Devon White chicken; alongside a mystery box dessert.
