Enter the 2022 competition

The 2022 challenge will test chefs’ creativity as much as their skills. Applicants must create a recipe with two fresh Dover soles served either whole or in fillets, and whole brown shrimps with shells on. They must be plated together with a homemade pasta garnish and another garnish/accompaniment. A sauce must accompany the dish.
