Oli Williamson will be jetting off to Singapore in April to do his stage at Zén, Björn Frantzén's three-star Michelin restaurant. Oli, who is Head Chef at The Fat Duck in Bray, won The Roux Scholarship in 2021 after two postponements due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
