Made by the sea in Cornwall, Cornish Sea Salt is 100% natural, hand-harvested from the Celtic Sea off the British Cornish coast, just 8 metres from the shoreline. Crafted with Sustainability, we blend age-old traditional salt techniques with innovative harvesting methods and technology to ensure manufacturing process has a low environmental impact.
The local geology of Cornwall has significant levels of serpentine and gabbro which creates a high level of magnesium and increases flavour intensity with a slight sweet note. Cornish Sea Salt contains natural sea minerals and electrolytes from the Celtic Sea including calcium, potassium and magnesium. The abundance of these sea minerals and other electrolytes reduces the sodium content and delivers more flavour that produces consistently delicious results.

Our Sea Salt Flakes are soft and delicate pyramidal structures that dissolve into food and melt on the palate. Used by chefs for seasoning while cooking to elevate flavour, and for finishing to create visually stunning dishes. Whilst our Crunchy Crystals pack a punch with their mineral rich content and strong taste, ideal for delivering a salty crunch to baking or in marinades.
